Innovative hamburger joint, tended by it's owner's. Had the Mexican hamburger and was excellent, the patty was just as I ordered, and the side of crispy onions is delicious. Don't miss this hidden gem.

The burgers & atmosphere was amazing, but the service was the worst. We entered with not one customer in store and only one customer came in the entire time we were here. Our food took a pretty long time to come out but not terrible. However, we ordered a shake and watched all four employees serving chatting by the shake machine and never started it. It took us asking about it for them to even make it and they started making it about 10 minutes after asking. Secondly, we also had to ask to have our drinks refilled when they brought us our shake despite them standing about 15 feet from us. The worst part is they were all standing around on their phones with another girl that had came in not an employee but clearly a friend. It’s fine that they were having fun at work but when we pay for service we don’t receive it was very annoying.

One of the best burger places in Aventura.Service was very good and the place is very close to the Aventura mall. Totally recommended.

Very considerate! Thank you! I ordered from them via Postmates and the menu on postmates doesn’t have great descriptions so I tried to look up their website to find better descriptions of the food items, which wasn’t up or working for some reason. The burger I had selected was the costa azul burger and it said “ gluten free” which made me concerned I was going to get a meat patty between two pieces of iceberg lettuce(ewwww). I wrote in the comments that I hoped there was a bun that came along. I got my order fast and it had a really nice post-it note from them explaining that they have a gluten free bun, and they included it for me as a courtesy for this order and that I would need to order it custom next time. I was just hoping there was any bun since the menu description was confusing. Thank you though, that was very nice! You did forget the bleu cheese, but I forgive you because you went out of your way in anticipation of what I wanted.

Amazing burgers!! This place is awesome! The ambience is over the top, the food is amazing! My favorite burguer is the Euro Burger (im a huge fan of truffle oil), the service is excellent, the people there is very nice! Highly recommended!!!

Amazing food and very nice people

The burgers were deliciously tasty and big. The menu has a variety of selections to please everyone. I love that you can put toppings on the fries , but I’m totally not a fan that they are so thin. It’s like eating chips. The service is was friendly but we found it a bit slow being an empty restaurant. Overall we’d give the place another try.

Nice burger combo's , upbeat decor , nothing special with the taste of beef. Be prepared to pay more than normal. Beers run about $7 bucks a bottle, burgers start around $12. Whole area is a traffic mess too.

Insanely expensive! I went to buy water since in the cure cream place did not sell any. They charged me $8 for 3 bottles of water!!!! It’s crazy how they can overcharge for a product. I am SUPER upset!!

I came back and this time the restaurant was great. I'm glad that the restaurant improved. Congratulations on the food quality, restaurant decoration and menu variety. It is very good!!

Terrible Service, the young man Luis or whatever his name was greeted everyone of his ethnicity except mine. Because we were black and didn’t speak Spanish. He left us on the back burner. He spoke to people who came in after us. We had to call him in order for him to find out what we wanted after we had already placed an order over the phone. I will never spend my money here again. I see people in this place are trained to serve people who look like them. I refuse to accept service like this and I will be visiting to speak to management. When I told him I was going to speak to the manager he shrugged his shoulders and said oh well he’s not here. He’ll be here Monday. Is that how you guys handle people? I’m going to make sure that I let people know what type of racist establishment you guys are running. The buffalo chicken burger was nice though ...

The best turkey burger that I have ever had!!! I love that you can craft your own burger by choosing from their list of meats, then selecting the dressings and toppings from a list of specially designed combinations. I also enjoyed the coleslaw and sweet potato fries.

Great spot for burgers. We found this place in a strip mall and saw it had several good reviews so we decided to give it a shot. The atmosphere reminds you of a small sports bar with plenty of TVs to watch the game. There was some outdoor seating in front of the entrance. The waitresses were friendly, offered some good suggestions, and kept checking up on us to make sure we were happy. All of the food was good. The mexican chipotle burger was cooked perfectly and the chicken sandwich was equally tasty. We especially appreciated all of the gluten free options on the menu. We found we liked the sweet potato fries more than the regular ones. The portions were above average. As for the prices, they were slightly higher than I expected, but we found a Yelp check-in deal.

Best burger in South Florida. Gourmet flavor combinations with the crispiest and most flavorful french fries ever. Must come, must try. Many options, GF, Kosher Patty... They'll accommodate any requests

Outstanding service and food quality. The Milanesas are to die for. The hamburgers out of this world. Meanwhile the prices are super reasonable. The Venezuelan style grub is a hit out of the ball park.

Amazing, huge burgers packed with tons of flavor. Ordered the turkey burgers in the St. Louis style and French style and was impressed with the flavor complex and how it all came together into a worthwhile package. The shoestring fries are also a great touch as well. Caved and had the Jalepeno poppers as well - they're stuffed with cheddar cheese rather than cream cheese, but were still a hit. Prices for burgers are pretty steep, I must warn, but I found the meal to be worth the cost. Great location and great ambiance.

I had a $30 stake which wasn't even decent tasting. This place is really overpriced and overrated. Will never be back, even though I live right next to it!

My visit to Araxi Burger might earn its spot as the most disappointing restaurant experience. I know this because it's urged me to compose my first ever food review. At a first glance onto the menu, I quickly became aware of the incoming expenses. It later proved to be incredibly expensive for the meals that were produced that evening. However, I casted the prices aside as I believed (with blind hope) that the amount of money spent will be reciprocated with quality food. I was wrong. The "Mexican Burger" that I was served came dripping with oil and practically fell apart the second I attempted to pick it up. The first bite highlighted the burger's fatal flaws: an overly cooked 220g patty, mushrooms that obviously came out of a can (or made of rubber), and an egg ($1 extra) that was poorly made and had an underlying taste of raw yolk. My brother and I spent over 50 dollars that night and left with an overwhelming feeling of nausea and dissatisfaction. Pricy. Awful. Disappointing.

Pro:The burger was goodCon:Terrible service! The restaurant was empty except for us and our food still took over 40 minutes to come to the table. I cannot imagine how long it would take if even 2 more tables were there. The waiter had to be flagged down anytime we needed anything (like water or my correct order). He was regularly in the back socializing with the kitchen staff, even though he was the only waiter working. Very unprofessional.The mashed potatoes were disgusting; they tasted like instant hospital potatoes. The burger was missing extras I had ordered, after taking 40 minutes to arrive. Also, the pickle the arrived on my plate was mushy and had a random hair on it. I’ll add a picture if possible. We would’ve ordered more, but we were concerned we would have to stay for another hour.Very disappointed.

#1: customer service needs a lot of improvement. #2: the wait for the food was too long.#3: because they were rushing with orders, food wasn't cooked properly and was not seasoned. #4: the total price was not worth the food.#5: milkshake was delicious! That was the only thing I really liked about this place, but besides that it would be great if staff would improve their skills.

Way over priced...$100 for 4 people, 3 shakes...burgers were decent, milkshakes were nothing special....service was just ok. He was a nice kid, but kept forgetting parts of our order.

Salad arrived with my burger. Bad timing. I was one of 2 Tables occupied in a dead restaurant and they did not pace their food delivery. The trio burger was nothing to rave about. Will not return.

Really great food, chill atmosphere and fast service

Not the same it was... Today the burgers were bad and service was worst... My wife asked for a bluemoon and the waitress served a Stella, when we told her that it doesn't even require to taste it to tell the difference she lied again saying it was a bluemoon... Finally she said "stella and bluemoon is the same thing" and admitted she served the stella because they didn't have a bluemoon... I would have laughed at her face but I tried to be respectful... She probably just miss a good manager and a good training. Sad.

Had the barbeque burger, really good after a long conference day. Friendly waitresses. Took a bit to get the bill but overall great.

I've ordered other dishes from here which were great but this right here is trash that cost me 28$ for exactly what you see in the picture. It's less than has station quality.
